Esper sends adherence reminders to patients when they have not used their device for two days. Esper will send up to four reminders until a reading is taken
- Reminder #1: 48 hrs. after a patient takes a reading
- Reminder #2: +48 hrs. after reminder #1
- Reminder #3: +48 hrs. after reminder #2
- Reminder #4: +48 hrs. after reminder #3; at this time Esper will escalate to 100Plus Support for a higher touch conversation to drive adherence with the patient
- All reminders are sent during waking hours
